The Chuck Semancik Memorial Foundation
was created in 2000, after the passing of Chuck Semancik, a legendary coach and teacher at Bremerton/West High. Our Source of donations has been from a grass-roots base nourished by the community, alumni, staff and friends of the Bremerton Schools all sharing to create opportunities for our youth.
Our Mission
To HELP KIDS who are overcoming life-altering circumstances. These youngsters must be achieving academically and seeking to further their education after graduation in pursuit of a career goal.
Our Administration
The Semancik Foundation is a 501c3 tax-deductible non-profit corporation. Donated monies go toward Bremerton High School scholarships and approved community projects. No member of the Board or volunteer of the foundation is salaried. Our legal services, CPA, & financial planning are all pro-bono.
